Back in the day, I used to have the dream of running companies. The CoVID-19 Lockdown provided me the opportunity to do so, and I did create quite a few companies. All of them failed however… Now, when I reflect back on it, I feel like laughing.
AGNBOC
AGNBOC wasn't my first company — it was my original one. I had invited my friends to join this company, but we ended up with F4F instead. This was my hobby and my dream, which I ended up closing off due to academic reasons.
At its pinnacle though, it had its own website, YouTube channels (three simultaneously running channels — Creative Ideas, Riddles and Stamps), published its own books, own shortcuts, own alternative messaging solutions etc. I had to close this off as it was becoming too much of a burden to handle… it became a one-man show.
Flash 4 Friends
My friends and I founded this novel holding group in the year 2020. It started off with a YouTube channel, then a website and went on. There were 5 people in this group, and all of them founded it.
We started off with the channel Minimakerzz, but that channel's E-Mail account was hacked (We later got to know that there was no hack, instead one of the founding members had used it as his own personal account). So we started another channel, by the name of MiniMakerzz 5.0. However, due to coordination issues and conflict of interest, we ended up disbanding and deleting everything.
HSAG Ingeniousity
My last "company" as such. Same architecture as AGNBOC, except that this time I ran the show only with one other person. The shortcuts became a pain-point and source of scrutiny, so we disbanded this company too.
HSAG had its own Software Services brand, its own documentation, and even a YouTube channel called Techneeka. The legacy lives on in the Spring Lock shortcut and its documentation.
Doubts Group A
Status: Defunct (Hall of Shame)
This one occurred due to extreme paranoia. My classmates and I had a personal friends WhatsApp group to discuss school-related matters and help each other with homework. Then, one of my teachers expressed an interest in joining the group. To accommodate them, we created a separate group and added them. However, one of my classmates was unhappy about this and complained to our homeroom teacher.
Unfortunately, our homeroom teacher also shared the same dissatisfaction. As the dean, she ordered me to disband the new teacher-student group. To address the situation and provide clarity to all group members, I ended up creating a comprehensive documentation of rules and regulations. Due to the whole rules thingy, the group ended thrice, and even though we tried rebooting the group multiple times, it just caused more problems than it actually solved. Thus, I regard this as a failure in my books.
The Outlier Project
Status: Defunct
There is a third project, called the Outliers Project. This one was created by my friend John, so kudos to him. The ambition behind this project was to gather a set of "outliers" into a particular group to study with laser-sharp focus. The medium of communication was supposed to be WhatsApp. There were lofty ambitions, to conduct a streamlined admissions process via interview to ensure that the students enrolled were ideologically aligned with the group's bottom line, i.e. to study for JEE and NEET.
However, a "WhatsApp" group and "Studying with Laser-sharp focus" never really went together. Over time, the interest to run the group was lost. Even the original webpage that was supposed to be for collaboration among group members, never really came into being.
Jugzards
Merged with Project Troopers
The Jugzards Project was this other group that I came up with along with my friend John Andrew. It aimed to serve as a reference point for all students, as it contains some materials. I ain't actively maintaining it anymore. Started off for Class 10 things, it quickly expanded to all classes, and then to none again.

Current Status: Running at Reduced Capacity
My other project, the one I actually do maintain, is the Troopers Knowledge Hub. Though don't ask me about the legal stuff, it has a very limited scope i.e. just to help my classmates. I created this hub because all the students in my class were nagging me through WhatsApp, asking the same doubts or materials over and over again. I came to the understanding that since I anyway take photos of notes, why not naturally share with them. Thus, I (and a few others) created this hub just for my class, to unify everything into one unified platform. It's been successful so far, and hope it doesn't end up in Hall of Shame.
UPDATE: The initiative is kinda dead in the core group, since it is no longer easy to access and use. However, it has expanded pretty nicely. We have 100+ members now!
